How do I handle lost or stolen cards?

Yativo only offers virtual cards, so there’s no risk of physically losing a card. However, if your customer's virtual card details are compromised, you can take the following actions:


  1. Freeze the Card
    Temporarily disable the virtual card to prevent unauthorized transactions. Use the freeze card API endpoint as described in the Yativo API Documentation.

  2. Delete the Card
    If the card details are permanently compromised, you can choose to delete the virtual card entirely.
