If a virtual card transaction fails, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

    Ensure that the virtual card has sufficient balance to cover the transaction amount.

  3. Check Card Status
    Confirm that the virtual card is active and has not expired.

  4. Ensure User Activation
    Verify that the user is properly activated for virtual cards on the Yativo platform.
