What can you do when you dont receive an email OTP?

If your email otp does not arrive within 5 mins after the request, then it might be caused by one of the following issues:

Spam

Sometimes, the email may just go to your spam box due to your email provider's security settings. 


To resolve this, check your spam box for the email. Also whitelist our email address so you can always receive it in your inbox.

SMTP Error

Due to large volume of requests, our SMTP servers might take longer to deliver the emails. If this is the case, you can wait for 30 mins. 


If the email arrives within that time, but is already expired, you can resend a new email and it should arrive.


However, if the issue still persists, feel free to open a support ticket and we'd resolve it ASAP.

Too Many Requests

If you have sent too many email requests, or input the wrong code multiple times, you might be unable to receive new emails.


To resolve this, clear your cache and cookies, and retry after 3 hours. It should work.

Wrong Email Address

Sometimes, you might make a typo when writing your email address. Check if you wrote the correct email address and try again.
