What are the requirements for using Yativo?

The requirements for using Yativo depends on your country of incorporation, and your unique usecase.
Our target market are businesses building in the following verticals:
- Marketplaces
- Payroll Platforms
- VASPs
- On/Off Ramps
- Remittance Platforms
- Payment Service Providers
- And other FinTechs
For regulated businesses, we demand you have a license in your country of operation.
What If you do not have a license?You can either use our Compliance as a Service option to enable us assist you in acquiring the license, or you can go for our embedded finance option.
What do I need for a seamless verification process?
To ensure a seamless merchant onboarding process for you during registration and verification of your Flutterwave account, please note the following:
For business accounts, there must be a corresponding match between your Yativo business Name (Trading name) and the name registered on your business documents.
The contact person’s name registered on your Yativo account must match the name on the valid ID uploaded.
All Ultimate Beneficiary Owners must drop also upload their IDs
Please ensure you have your valid ID with you for live capture as this would be required. Please see a list of accepted and valid means of identification below:
National ID Card
International Passport
Please note:
The Valid ID uploaded must be the original copy, and not a photocopy or laminated ID.
Ensure your Valid ID is not expired or damaged.
Make sure you are in a well-lit environment.
