How to successfully register an account with Yativo

Creating an account with Yativo is very easy, compared to other infrastructure providers. In this article, we'd be showing you how to go about your account opening process with Yativo.
Before you commence, ensure you have the following documents available:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Proof of Address (Tax invoice, community levies, utility bills, bank statements)
- Source of Funds (Invoices, tax returns, audited financial statements)
- Corporate Bylaws
- License
- AML Policy
- Shareholder's Register
- Board Approval to open the account
Once you have these documents available, proceed to the signup link provided to you. We use magic links, so you only need to provide an email address. No password needed. Once you authenticate your email, proceed to the signup form.
- Fill the company information section, and furbish us with your company registration details.
- Fill the business description section, and provide us all details about your planned usecase for Yativo.
- Fill the Ownership section and tell us the Ultimate Beneficiary Owners (UBOs) as well as their political affiliations. You'd also need to send them KYC links, so they can verify their identities with us.
- Fill the Management section and provide us with information on the company management, specifically the directors.
- Fill the Usage section and tell us about your planned usage, expected transaction volumes and other details.
- Fill the Admin section and appoint a contact person for the account. You can either appoint a UBO or a C-Suite to serve as the account admin.
- Upload the documents we listed earlier
Once you complete the form, we will send you a response within 2 - 7 days. If there are extra documents needed, we will communicate them to you via email.
Once your account is approved, then you can begin transacting and processing payments.
